Introduction

We are currently seeking a Product Manager to support our product portfolio and guide our business-critical programs of work. This role will be a key member of the Product Management Team and help to enable the creation, delivery and support for digital products.

You will work with end users to develop a global bespoke digital solution that will aide in user profile management, booking and reservations for travel and accommodation.

Responsibilities:

Lead requirements gathering, prioritization, and translation of user needs into product requirements.
Oversee the full product lifecycle, from discovery to rollout, updates, and retirements.
Manage the product backlog and maintain long-term roadmaps with key stakeholders.
Define success metrics for continuous performance monitoring.
Foster stakeholder trust through high-quality delivery and clear communication.
Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, and Data & Analytics teams.
Align product direction with stakeholders to ensure informed decision-making.

Is this you?

About you:

Comprehensive knowledge of the product development process, lifecycle management, and user-centric design principles.
Practical experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies as part of cross-functional software product delivery teams.
Completed a graduate degree in a relevant field.
3+ years experience in Business Analysis or Product Management experience with broad understanding of product lifecycle management.
Demonstrated experience in environmental or operational contexts in mining highly regarded.
Have a strong interest in growing a career in Product Management.
Effective stakeholder relationship skills with ability to quickly build trust and establish good communication.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and trust-building skills.

What we offer

Your initial contract will be for 6 months, with review to extend at the end of the initial period.
