Introduction

We are currently seeking a Product Manager to support our product portfolio and guide our business-critical programs of work. This role will be a key member of the Product Management Team and help to enable the creation, delivery and support for digital products.

You will work with end users to develop a global bespoke digital solution that will aide in user profile management, booking and reservations for travel and accommodation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirements gathering, prioritization, and translation of user needs into product requirements.
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle, from discovery to rollout, updates, and retirements.
  • Manage the product backlog and maintain long-term roadmaps with key stakeholders.
  • Define success metrics for continuous performance monitoring.
  • Foster stakeholder trust through high-quality delivery and clear communication.
  • Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, and Data & Analytics teams.
  • Align product direction with stakeholders to ensure informed decision-making.

Is this you?

About you:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the product development process, lifecycle management, and user-centric design principles.
  • Practical experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies as part of cross-functional software product delivery teams.
  • Completed a graduate degree in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years experience in Business Analysis or Product Management experience with broad understanding of product lifecycle management.
  • Demonstrated experience in environmental or operational contexts in mining highly regarded.
  • Have a strong interest in growing a career in Product Management.
  • Effective stakeholder relationship skills with ability to quickly build trust and establish good communication.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and trust-building skills.

What we offer 

Your initial contract will be for 6 months, with review to extend at the end of the initial period.
