What are you going to do

Du unterstützt das Team im Bereich des Recruitings
Du erstellst Stellenanzeigen und führst erste Gespräche mit den Bewerbern
Du gehst aktiv auf Bewerberinnen und Bewerber zu, z. B. über Karriereportale
Du unterstützt bei administrativen Tätigkeiten

Essential skills and knowledge

Du bist eingeschriebener Student in einem wirtschaftlichen Studiengang und suchst nach einer Tätigkeit, bei der Du dein Fachwissen anwenden und ausbauen kannst
Du bist interessiert an allen Fragestellungen rund um die Themen Personalmanagement und Recruiting
Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und bist kommunikativ
Optional hast Du bereits erste Erfahrungen als Werkstudent sammeln können
Du bist sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen Microsoft Office Programmen
