What are you going to do

Deine Aufgaben:* Du bearbeitest eingehende Bewerbungen und sorgst für eine reibungslose Koordination.
* Erstelle und pflege Stellenanzeigen auf verschiedenen Plattformen.* Suche proaktiv nach Talenten in Karrierenetzwerken.
* Führe telefonische Erstgespräche mit Bewerbern.* Du unterstützt das Team in administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben rund um das Recruiting.

Essential skills and knowledge

Was du mitbringst:* Du bist eingeschriebener Student in einem technischen oder wirtschaftlichen Studienzweig und suchst eine berufsbegleitende Tätigkeit.
* Du hast Interesse an Personalmanagement und möchtest erste Erfahrungen im Recruiting sammeln.* Du bist kommunikativ, hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und bringst eine positive Ausstrahlung mit.
* Du arbeitest selbstständig und zuverlässig.* Du hast gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und bist mit sozialen Netzwerken und Karriereseiten vertraut.
