Introduction

On behalf of Woodside, we are currently seeking a Vendor Master Data Analyst to join their team in Perth on a 6 month contract. This role will manage Procurement Vendor Master Data and execute Commercial processes meeting operational needs in a timely and effective manner adhering to defined policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures adherence to Company's Charter, Governance Documents, and statutory obligations
  • Puts a strong emphasis on health, safety, environmental responsibility, and sustainable development
  • Cultivates a culture of respect, fairness, and inclusivity among team members
  • Strives for excellence with goals of 100% safety, customer value, and zero waste
  • Manages and improves master data accuracy and availability across various sources
  • Collaborates with external suppliers for data validation and system requirements
  • Enhances efficiency, optimises value, and applies ethical standards in the Supply Chain
  • Utilises data-driven decision-making, engages stakeholders, and adapts plans based on customer needs

Essential skills and knowledge 

Requirements:

  • Diploma qualification relevant to Supply Chain or Accounting
  • Experience & Technical Competencies
  • Experience in procurement within ERP system, with SAP / Ariba required
  • Practical communication and engagement skills
  • MS Office and similar computer based applications
