At Brunel International, we are currently seeking a skilled Underground Electrical Supervisor to join our team on a FIFO (Fly-In-Fly-Out) basis in Papua New Guinea. What are you going to do 

The Underground Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the electrical maintenance and operations of underground mining facilities in Papua New Guinea. Key duties include supervising a team of electrical technicians, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, conducting inspections, and troubleshooting electrical systems.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance within the underground mining industry
  • Strong knowledge of underground mining electrical systems and equipment
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role
  • Ability to work on a FIFO basis in Papua New Guinea
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Relevant electrical trade qualification
  • Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in underground mining operations
