Introduction

What are you going to do 

We have an opportunity for a Technical Business Analyst on a contract basis. As the BA, you will support the design and delivery of solutions tailored to the mining industry, with a focus on contractor management, legislative compliance, health and safety regulations, and technical system integrations. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements, design system integrations, ensure seamless data flow across platforms such as SAP S/4 HANA and SuccessFactors, and provide technical documentation. The successful candidate will have experience in mining or similar industries, ideally with a background in contractor management, system technical solution requirements, and enterprise integration using MuleSoft or something similar.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst
  • Experience with user-centred design system implementations, health and safety compliance, and legislative requirements in a mining context
  • Experience with SAP S/4 HANA, SuccessFactors, and enterprise integrations using MuleSoft or equivalent
