What are you going to do

Disziplinarische Führung der Teams für Steuerungstechnik (PLC) und Robotik
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den technischen Leitungen zur Koordination aller Teamaktivitäten
Sicherstellung von Effizienz und Profitabilität in allen Projekten
Umsetzung unserer Vision zur Unterstützung eines breiten Spektrums von Robotikanwendungen
Führung von Mitarbeitergesprächen sowie Leistungsmanagement zur Definition von klaren Zielen und Meilensteinen

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Automatisierungstechnik, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung
Mindestens 5 Jahre Führungserfahrung, idealerweise auch in der Leitung internationaler und remote arbeitender Teams
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Steuerungstechnik (PLC) und Robotik
Starke Kommunikations-, Verhandlungs- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
Wirtschaftliches Denken und Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Kostenstellenverantwortung
Erfahrung in der Umsetzung und Unterstützung neuer Automatisierungskonzepte
Selbstständige und kooperative Arbeitsweise in einem dynamischen Umfeld
Reisebereitschaft sowie verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
