Als Teil des Niederlassungsteams bilden Sie die Schnittstelle zwischen Ihren Kollegen im Vertrieb, unseren Projektmitarbeitern und unseren Bewerbern.

What are you going to do

Unterstützung unseres HR- und Vertriebsteams in allen organisatorischen und administrativen Belangen wie Schriftverkehr, Datenpflege und Büroorganisation
Erste/r Ansprechpartner*in für Bewerber*innen und Unterstützung bei der der Kandidatenbetreuung
Verantwortung für das interne Travel-Magagement sowie überprüfen der Reisekostenabrechnungen und Stundennachweise
Koordination der reibungslosen HR Administration sowie die Planung von Interviews und Organisation aller benötigten Ressourcen
Telefonische Kontaktperson für unsere Kunden und Mitarbeitenden sowie Behörden und Hochschulen
Kommunikation innerhalb des Brunel Netzwerkes mit anderen Niederlassungen

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, gerne auch Quereinsteiger*in
Gute MS-Office Anwenderkenntnisse wünschenswert
Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise von Vorteil
Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und vertriebliches Interesse erforderlich
