What are you going to do

As a Supply Chain Engineer at Brunel, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation, collaborating with top-tier high-tech companies to optimize their supply chain processes. You'll analyze, design, and implement efficient supply chain strategies to ensure seamless production flows, timely deliveries, and cost-effective operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse projects, gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies, and develop your skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and improve supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, logistics, and quality control, to align supply chain strategies with business goals.
Monitor supply chain performance and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and resolve issues.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.
Participate in the planning and execution of supply chain projects, from concept to implementation, within the high-tech sector.
Contribute to the development of innovative supply chain solutions that support business growth and competitiveness.

Essential skills and knowledge

A Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain engineering, preferably within the high-tech industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and develop effective solutions.
Experience with ERP systems and supply chain management software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Proactive mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English is required; Dutch language skills are a plus.

A competitive salary ranging between €4,200 and €5,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
