Introduction

Als Supervisor Maintenance ben je verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing en uitvoering van zowel preventieve als correctieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan het machinepark, gebouwen, terreinen en productie-installaties binnen de in Arnhem. Je leidt een team van onderhoudsmonteurs en zorgt voor een continu verbeterproces en optimalisatie van de onderhoudsprocedures. Daarnaast draag je bij aan de ontwikkeling van strategische meerjarenplannen en ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor het behalen van de doelstellingen van de organisatie.

Onze klant, gevestigd in Arnhem, is een vooraanstaand bedrijf in de procesindustrie, gespecialiseerd in de productie van chemicaliën. Met een sterke focus op veiligheid, milieu en kwaliteit, speelt deze organisatie een cruciale rol in de voedingsmiddelen- en farmaceutische industrie. De onderhoudsafdeling opereert in een volcontinu procesomgeving en streeft naar een hoge mate van integriteit van de apparatuur om te voldoen aan strenge veiligheids- en hygiënevoorschriften.

Essential skills and knowledge

Technische opleiding op mbo Werktuigbouwkunde.
Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in een onderhoudsfunctie binnen een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in de chemische, voedingsmiddelen- of farmaceutische industrie.
Ervaring in operationeel leidinggeven.
In het bezit van een VOL VCA-certificaat.
Aantoonbare ervaring met een onderhoudsmanagementsysteem zoals SAP-PM.

Salaris tot €4.900,- bruto per maand, gebaseerd op ervaring en kwalificaties.
