What are you going to do

Take charge of the commercial and business management of contracts between the customer and subcontractors for construction and installation work.
Liaise with various departments at the customer, from tendering and contract award discussions to completion of the work by the subcontractors.
Handle reporting, non-conformities, notifications, complaints, and supplementary orders as part of contract management.
Conduct measurement checks and invoicing during contract processing.
Organise and lead kick-off meetings as well as regular on-site meetings with subcontractors and the project team.
Ensure that all contractual obligations of subcontractors and the client are fully met.

Essential skills and knowledge

Bachelor's or Master's degree in civil/electrical engineering or equivalent technical qualifications
Business fluent in German and English and willingness to work on-site at the construction site
Experience in assessing contractor compliance with international standards, laws and regulations
Preferably experience with AVA software and SAP4/HANA
communicative, committed, structured with strong negotiation skills and a real team player
