Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Interface Engineer to join a leading LNG company.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and overseeing interface management processes within the oil and gas industry.
This role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful coordination and integration of various project interfaces while adhering to company policies and industry standards.

What are you going to do

Develop and implement interface management plans and procedures to ensure effective coordination and integration of project interfaces.
Identify and manage interface points between different project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams to resolve interface issues and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Conduct interface risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for interface-related risks.
Monitor and report on interface management performance, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in all interface management activities.
Maintain accurate records of interface agreements, issues, and resolutions.
Provide guidance and support to junior interface engineers and other team members.

Essential skills and knowledge

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in interface management within the oil and gas industry.
Strong knowledge of project management principles, interface management processes, and industry standards.
Excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to comprehend, coordinate, and manage multiple projects.
Attention to detail and a strong grasp of analytical concepts.
Proficiency in interface management software and tools.
