Introduction

Review and approve pre-commissioning and commissioning plan, commissioning work program and commissioning systems checklist and dossiers.
Coordinate all activities of Contractor with Operations related to pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, acceptance and performance testing, and handover of equipment and systems.

What are you going to do

Prepare procedure and arrange pre-startup Audit prior to commissioning
Oversee and monitor Contractor’s commissioning preparation and work activities, check availability of commissioning spares and consumables.
Oversee maintenance and material data requirements for SAP finalization by Contractor in coordination with Operations Department.

Essential skills and knowledge

Candidate must possess a Degree in Instrument, Control or Electrical from an internationally recognized University.
Candidate should have a minimum of 15 years overall experience with exposure to design, construction and commissioning of oil and gas production / wellhead platforms and having experience in pre-commissioning, testing and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems offshore.
Client representative experience.
