Introduction

  • Review and approve pre-commissioning and commissioning plan, commissioning work program and commissioning systems checklist and dossiers.
  • Coordinate all activities of Contractor with Operations related to pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, acceptance and performance testing, and handover of equipment and systems.

What are you going to do 

  • Prepare procedure and arrange pre-startup Audit prior to commissioning
  • Oversee and monitor Contractor’s commissioning preparation and work activities, check availability of commissioning spares and consumables.
  • Oversee maintenance and material data requirements for SAP finalization by Contractor in coordination with Operations Department.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Candidate must possess a Degree in Instrument, Control or Electrical from an internationally recognized University.
  • Candidate should have a minimum of 15 years overall experience with exposure to design, construction and commissioning of oil and gas production / wellhead platforms and having experience in pre-commissioning, testing and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems offshore.
  • Client representative experience.
