We have a current opportunity for a SPM/MM_妇泌 on a permanent basis. The position will be based in Shanghai. For further information about this position please apply.
岗位职责:1. 市场策略与规划:深入分析妇科医疗市场趋势、竞争对手动态及患者需求,制定符合公司战略目标的产品市场策略和发展规划。
2. 产品全生命周期管理:从产品概念提出到退市的全过程管理,包括市场调研、需求分析、产品设计、开发协调、测试验证、上市推广及后续迭代优化。3. 跨部门协作:与研发、销售、医学事务等部门紧密合作,确保产品从研发到市场的顺畅衔接,共同推动产品成功上市并实现商业目标。
4. 销售团队支持:为销售团队提供产品知识培训、市场材料支持及竞品分析,协助销售团队开拓市场,提升销售业绩。5. 客户关系管理:与医疗机构、医生及患者建立并维护良好关系,收集产品使用反馈,持续优化产品以满足客户需求。
6. 行业影响力建设:参与行业会议、展会等活动,提升公司妇科产品在业内的知名度和影响力,建立并维护行业专家网络。任职资格:
1. 医学、药学、生物医学工程或相关专业本科及以上学历,具备扎实的专业知识基础。2. 至少5年以上医药行业产品经理工作经验,其中至少3年在妇科领域,有成功的产品上市案例者优先。
3. 深入理解妇科医疗市场,具备敏锐的市场洞察力和分析能力,熟悉药品的研发、注册、生产、销售流程及相关法规,熟练掌握项目管理工具和方法,具备高效的项目管理和团队协调能力,优秀的沟通能力,能够与不同背景和职能的团队成员有效沟通;4. 积极主动,勇于担当,面对挑战能够保持冷静并寻找解决方案,具备强烈的责任心和团队合作精神,愿意为团队和公司的发展贡献力量。
5. 关注行业动态和技术发展趋势,不断学习新知识、新技能,提升自己的专业素养和竞争力。
