Introduction

The Senior SCS / SAS Engineer role is crucial for implementing and maintaining security and automation systems within the organization.
This position involves working closely with various teams to ensure the security and efficiency of industrial control systems.

What are you going to do

The Senior SCS / SAS Engineer will support the implementation of the Industrial Control Systems (ICS) Security Policy and contribute to the overall division strategy goals.
The role includes supporting a team of ICS Security Technicians to achieve planned maintenance KPIs, participating in ICS Security incident investigations, and providing technical support for clarifying and implementing ICS Security Policy requirements across engineering sections, development teams, expansion teams, and operations.
Support a team of ICS Security Technicians to achieve planned maintenance KPIs.
Participate in ICS Security incident investigations or Root Cause Failure Analysis.
Provide technical support for clarifying and implementing ICS Security Policy requirements.
Coordinate ICS Security walkthroughs with Maintenance and Operations personnel.
Support the ICS Security Team in planning and conducting periodic ICS Security self-assessments.
Participate in life cycle management review of ICS in scope inventory and update inventory periodically

Essential skills and knowledge

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
5 years of experience in engineering in an oil and gas environment.
Understanding of different Industrial Control Systems environments, such as DCS, SIS, metering, machinery monitoring/controls systems, and Instrument asset management systems
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
Technical knowledge in reviewing and preparing technical contracts.
Good knowledge of contract laws and industry practices
