This position requires expertise in EPC/EPCm contracts administration, specifically with at least 15 years in the field and 5 years dedicated to onshore O&G industrial projects.

What are you going to do 

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Onshore Project Controls Engineer to join our team for a transformative refinery project. This position requires expertise in EPC/EPCm contracts administration, specifically with at least 15 years in the field and 5 years dedicated to onshore O&G industrial projects.

Start date: ASAPLocation: Carros, France
Duration: 6 Months

  • Manage and administer site contracts within an EPCm scheme.
  • Coordinate across various departments ensuring smooth operations.
  • Negotiate and manage construction contractor's compensation claims and prepare defense strategies.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as preparing MoMs, updating logs, and supervising document filings.
  • Ensure compliance with project milestones through effective contract management.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Expert Level in Claim Management: Handle claims effectively, prepare defense strategies, and negotiate settlements.
  • Superior Communication Skills: Must be able to influence stakeholders and manage complex information flow.
  • Project Management Proficiency: Experience in handling large scale projects with proficiency in all project phases.
  • Multilingual Abilities: Fluency in French and English is required. Elementary proficiency in other languages is beneficial.
  • Detailed Contractual Knowledge: Deep understanding of contract preparation, negotiation, and administration processes specific to the EPC sector.
