We are currently seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join a leading financial institution's dynamic Data Science team in the Credits division. What are you going to do

Collaborate with Data Scientists to design and develop AI solutions.
Turn prototypes into scalable, production-ready applications.
Ensure high-quality code through unit testing and best coding practices.
Utilize AI models, including OpenAI tools, and advanced techniques like Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
Monitor and optimize the performance of deployed models.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and standardized frameworks.
Provide guidelines and processes to enhance MLOps capabilities.
Mentor junior engineers and set best practice standards.

Essential skills and knowledge

5+ years of experience with Python, Spark, Git, and Azure DevOps.
Strong expertise with Azure Cloud tools, including Azure ML and Databricks.
Proven ability to build and deploy machine learning solutions.
Experience with testing frameworks and performance monitoring.
Familiarity with OpenAI models, RAG, embeddings, and other modern AI concepts.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
