Introduction

On behalf of our client, a global O&G company, we are seeking mutiple administrators to join their team in Darwin on a 12 month contract. The successful candidate will support the onshore operations workforce by carrying out various administrative and business services duties.

What are you going to do 

  • Maintain solid relationships with the various external stakeholders for this role including, but not limited to; Hotel Services Provider, Stationery Provider, Bussing Provider, Accommodation Providers, Vehicle Leasing Providers.
  • Collaborate with our Perth People Movement Services Team to act as a Onshore focal point for Onshore Onboarding.
  • Support the team to manage the Business Services ticketing system, assign tasks and resolve tasks in a prompt and friendly manner.
  • Support onshore events, communications and catering.
  • Draft and send sitewide communications.
  • Support employee and vendor onboarding stage including competency data entry into Company supplementary workforce portal, PPE procurement and desk allocation.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Tafe Cert IV or equivalent in a business discipline.
  • Previous experience in teh resources sector.
  • High level competency with MS Office and other applications such as SAP, Visio etc.
