What are you going to do

Als Sales Consultant beheer en ontwikkel je klantrelaties en breid je onze diensten uit naar nieuwe opdrachtgevers. Je verdiept je in klantwensen omtrent schadeverzekeringen, pensioenen en inkomensproducten. Daarnaast is het werven en selecteren van de beste kandidaten voor onze opdrachtgevers een belangrijk onderdeel van de functie. Na plaatsing coach je hen op carrièreplanning en functioneren. Dit maakt de functie veelzijdig en benut je expertise en commerciële vaardigheden optimaal.

Essential skills and knowledge

Als Sales Consultant is het belangrijk dat je enige ervaring mee brengt.
Ons team is compact, veelzijdig en ambitieus, en heeft de behoefte aan drive en ambitie.
Een nieuwsgierige houding en daadkracht zijn nodig om van deze functie een succes te maken.
Je hebt een hbo- of wo-opleiding afgerond.
Je beschikt over daadkracht, doorzettingsvermogen en enthousiasme.
