What are you going to do

Koordination und Überwachung von Lieferterminen für Neumaschinenaufträge zur Sicherstellung termingerechter Auslieferung
Eigenverantwortliche Kommunikation mit internen Fachbereichen und externen Geschäftspartnern
Analyse und Aufbereitung von Liefersituationen für projektbezogene Anforderungen
Pflege und Verwaltung von Auftragsbestätigungen sowie Abstimmung mit relevanten Schnittstellen
Unterstützung des Einkaufs und der Disposition im operativen Tagesgeschäft
Erstellung von Reports und Ad-hoc-Auswertungen zur Entscheidungsunterstützung

Essential skills and knowledge

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine Weiterbildung zum Industriefachwirt oder Betriebswirt oder vergleichbarer Abschluss notwendig
Erste Berufserfahrung im Einkauf sowie in der Pflege von Auftragsbestätigungen und Terminverfolgungen wünschenswert
Kenntnisse in den gängigen Office Anwendungen sowie in SAP erforderlich
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift notwendig, Grundkenntnisse in Englisch von Vorteil
