Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).

Age: 35+ years of age.

Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of experience in tendering, estimation, and execution of solar EPC projects, with a focus on ground mount systems.

Bid Experience: Experience managing bids for solar ground mount projects of 50 MW or more.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of both AC and DC systems in solar projects, including inverters, transformers, and electrical commissioning.

Skills:

Expertise in cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and project budgeting.
Strong knowledge of tender reading, technical evaluation, and bid submission
processes.
Familiarity with solar industry standards, codes, and regulations.
Proficiency in design tools/software (AutoCAD, estimation software, etc.).
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
