Im Rahmen einer Direktvermittlung suchen wir für einen Kunden im Raum Stuttgart einen Projektsteuerer (m/w/d). What are you going to do
- Übernahme der Projektsteuerung für das gesamte Projektportfolio, insbesondere mit Fokus auf Termin- und Kostenkontrolle
- Erstellung und Aktualisierung der Terminpläne mithilfe von MS Project
- Frühzeitige Identifizierung von Abweichungen und Initiierung von Gegenmaßnahmen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den zuständigen Projektingenieuren
- Verantwortung für die Finanzierungsplanung und die Einholung von Fördermitteln
- Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Informationsflusses zwischen den einzelnen Projekten, der kaufmännischen Abteilung, beauftragten Auftragnehmern und der Projektleitung
- Aktive Weiterentwicklung der Büroorganisation zur Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe
- Erstellung von Präsentationen, Protokollen und Berichten
- Planung, Organisation und Koordination von Besprechungen

Essential skills and knowledge
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Studiengang Bauingenieur, Architektur, Internationales Bauingenieurwesen, Bau und Immobilienmanagement, Bauphysik oder vergleichbarer Studiengang notwendig
- Berufserfahrung in vergleichbaren Position erforderlich
- Erfahrung im Bereich Infrastruktur von Vorteil
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse notwendig
