Introduction

Join a client side project management firm looking for a Project Manager to join their local team.

What are you going to do 

  • Managing end to end civil infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, utilities, you name it).
  • Coordinating with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to keep things moving smoothly.
  • Keeping an eye on budgets, schedules, and quality.
  • Solving problems on the fly.
  • Building solid relationships with everyone on the project team.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Someone who's done this before - at least 3-5 years in project management, ideally in civil infrastructure.
  • A solid understanding of project lifecycles, construction processes, and local regulations.
  • Great communication skills (you'll be talking to everyone from engineers to clients).
  • A proactive attitude - you see what needs to be done and make it happen.
  • Bonus points if you're Newcastle/Hunter-based and know the local landscape.
