Introduction

Join a client side project management firm looking for a Project Manager to join their local team.

What are you going to do

Managing end to end civil infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, utilities, you name it).
Coordinating with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to keep things moving smoothly.
Keeping an eye on budgets, schedules, and quality.
Solving problems on the fly.
Building solid relationships with everyone on the project team.

Essential skills and knowledge

Someone who's done this before - at least 3-5 years in project management, ideally in civil infrastructure.
A solid understanding of project lifecycles, construction processes, and local regulations.
Great communication skills (you'll be talking to everyone from engineers to clients).
A proactive attitude - you see what needs to be done and make it happen.
Bonus points if you're Newcastle/Hunter-based and know the local landscape.
