Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Assurance Engineer to join a leading LNG company.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project assurance and quality management within the oil and gas industry.
This role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, time, and budget while adhering to safety and quality standards.

What are you going to do

Develop and implement project assurance plans and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct project audits, reviews, and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to project objectives.
Monitor project performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely project reporting.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for project-related risks.
Provide guidance and support to project teams on quality-related matters.
Maintain accurate records of project assurance activities and related documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies and promote safe practices through field-based visits.

Essential skills and knowledge

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project assurance and quality management within the oil and gas industry.
Strong knowledge of project management principles, quality management systems, and industry standards.
Excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to comprehend, coordinate, and manage multiple projects.
Attention to detail and a strong grasp of analytical concepts.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
