Introduction

We are looking for a Procurement Advisor to work with one of our major clients on a contract located in Houston, TX.

What are you going to do

Manage procurement of materials and services for offshore exploration, projects, corporate, and operations.
Ensure procurement aligns with HSE best practices, cost optimization, process automation, and operational efficiency.
Serve as a key liaison between Procurement and Corporate, Projects, and International Operations teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet material and service needs.
Oversee and manage procurement-related contract deliverables.
Support various portfolios and projects as needed to drive value and business improvement.

Essential skills and knowledge

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience in contracts and procurement.
5+ years of supply chain experience, preferably in offshore oil & gas or energy operations.
Strong written and verbal English proficiency.
Experience with procurement in ERP systems; SAP/Ariba preferred.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with attention to detail and data analysis.
Proactive mindset with a collaborative approach.
Understanding of the full Procure-to-Pay process.
