What are you going to do

Je optimaliseert processen met als doel een betere klantbeleving.
Je maakt gebruik van Value Stream Maps (VSM's) om bestaande processen te analyseren en te verbeteren.
Je vertaalt deze analyses naar praktische toepassingen.
Je fungeert als een betrouwbare gesprekspartner voor interne teams en ketenpartners.
Je identificeert verbeterkansen en implementeert deze. K
ennis van bedrijfsfinancieringen is een pre.
Je werkt nauw samen met gebruikers om processen helder in kaart te brengen.
Je ontwerpt gedetailleerde en strategische procesverbeteringen.
Je helpt medewerkers bij het implementeren van nieuwe processen en tools.

Je streeft naar efficiëntie en een positieve werkervaring voor zowel medewerkers als klanten.

Essential skills and knowledge

Een hbo-diploma.
Minstens 2 jaar werkervaring in procesmanagement.
Green Belt-certificering vereist, Black Belt-certificering is een pluspunt.
Ervaring met procesontwerp en verschillende methodieken.
Actief betrokken binnen de Personal Finance Community.
