Introduction
What are you going to do
主要职责：1. 策略规划与执行：根据公司业务目标和市场趋势，制定并执行电子营销策略，包括社交媒体推广、SEO/SEM、内容营销、电子邮件营销等。
2. 渠道管理：负责社交媒体平台（如微信公众号、哔哩哔哩、视频号、Youtube、LinkedIn等）的日常运营和维护，发布高质量内容，提升用户互动率和品牌曝光度。同时，管理搜索引擎优化和付费广告投放，提高网站流量和转化率。3. 内容创作与优化：根据目标受众的特点和兴趣，创作有吸引力的文案、图片、视频等内容，优化网站和社交媒体页面，提升用户体验和搜索引擎排名。
4. 数据分析与报告：利用数据分析工具（如Google Analytics、百度统计等）跟踪营销活动的效果，分析数据并生成报告，为决策提供数据支持。根据分析结果调整营销策略，提升ROI。5. 跨部门协作：与销售、产品、技术等部门紧密合作，确保电子营销活动与公司整体业务目标保持一致，共同推动业务增长。
Essential skills and knowledge
任职要求：1. 教育背景：本科及以上学历，生物工程、市场营销、广告、传媒、电子商务等相关专业优先。
2. 工作经验：具有2年以上E-Marketing相关工作经验，熟悉社交媒体营销、SEO/SEM、内容营销等领域。3. 技能要求：
o 熟练掌握社交媒体平台运营技巧，具备良好的内容创作能力。o 熟悉SEO/SEM原理，能够独立完成关键词研究、网站优化和广告投放。
o 熟练使用数据分析工具，具备数据分析和报告撰写能力。o 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够跨部门协作。
4. 素质要求：o 创新思维强，能够紧跟市场趋势，提出创新的营销策略。
o 积极主动，责任心强，能够在快节奏的工作环境中保持高效。o 对数字营销充满热情，持续学习新知识，不断提升专业能力。
5. 语言能力：o 较强的英语写作和口语能力， CET-6以上的水平
o 有第二外语者优先。
