Introduction

We’re hiring Key Account Manager for one of our Leading MNC to join their growing team. This position is based out in Bangalore.

What are you going to do

Position: Key Account Manager

YOE: 10 to 15 Years.

Contract: On Permanent Role.

Location: Bangalore.

Essential skills and knowledge

Education Master or minimum bachelor degree or equal by experience;
Product knowledge: Technical interest is required, mechanical or material knowledge is a plus;
Process knowledge: Knowledge of relevant quality standards. Act according;
to the relevant quality standards and the company management system (ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001 and others where applicable);
Language skills: Company language is English Knowledge of other languages is a plus;
ICT skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft office package Experience with an ERP package is a plus;
Analytical skills Strong analytical and organizational skills;
Certification Not applicable;
Personality Team player and able to work independently
- Positive attitude and dynamic;
- Stress resistant;
- Ability to work in an international and multi-cultural environment;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proactive, solution oriented and persistent;
- Customer focus (internal and external);
- Good negotiation skills;
- Mental flexibility;
Mobility Flexible to make short business trips when requested.
