What are you going to do 

Als IT Servicedeskmedewerker werk je nauw samen met onze klanten in diverse sectoren, waaronder banken, verzekeraars en overheidsinstanties. Je ondersteunt interne gebruikers bij het oplossen van IT-problemen, of het nu via telefoon, chat of persoonlijke ontmoetingen aan jouw balie is. Je bent direct beschikbaar en gebruikt je expertise om snel oplossingen te bieden of door te verwijzen naar de 2e lijn servicedesk. Tegelijkertijd krijg je bij ons de kans om je te ontwikkelen door certificeringen zoals ITIL, MS900 en Lean Yellow Belt te behalen.

Essential skills and knowledge 

Wij zijn op zoek naar specialisten met:

  • Minimaal een mbo 4-diploma of een hbo propedeuse in de richting van IT.
  • Minimaal 1 jaar stage ervaring in een soortgelijke rol.
  • Ervaring met Topdesk en Active Directory.
  • Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift.

Je kunt rekenen op:

  • Een bruto maandsalaris tussen de €2700 - 3500 obv 40 uur (excl. 8% vakantiegeld), afhankelijk van ervaring.
  • Een leaseauto, reiskostenvergoeding of OV-kaart.
  • 26 vakantiedagen (met de mogelijkheid om uit te breiden tot 40 dagen).
