What are you going to do

Entwicklung des Layouts für einen neuen Standort zur Motorenmontage
Optimierung der Produktionsfläche (Effizienz, Arbeitsfluss, Materialtransport, Sicherheitsvorschriften)
Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams zur Sicherstellung technischer Anforderungen und Produktionsziele
Analyse bestehender Prozesse zur Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik oder vergleichbar erforderlich
Berufserfahrung in der Prozessplanung und -optimierung, idealerweise in der Motorenmontage von Vorteil
Kenntnisse im Layout-Design und Produktionsplaner wünschenswert
Kenntnisse in Lean-Management, Six Sigma oder Ähnliches vorteilhaft
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse erforderlich
