What are you going to do

Momenteel zijn we op zoek naar junioren voor de functie van ICT Support Medewerker. In deze rol zul je werken voor één of meerdere van onze opdrachtgevers, waarbij je verantwoordelijk bent voor het oplossen van IT-problemen van interne gebruikers. Via telefoongesprekken, chats of persoonlijke ontmoetingen bij jouw balie sta je in direct contact met hen. Met het grootste gemak weet jij hun problemen op te lossen of correct door te verwijzen naar de 2e lijn servicedesk. Bovendien bieden we jou de kans om bij ons door te groeien door certificeringen zoals ITIL, MS900 en Lean Yellow Belt te behalen.

Essential skills and knowledge

Een afgeronde mbo-4 opleiding met minimaal 1 jaar ervaring op de servicedesk.
Flexibel wat betreft reisafstand (max. 60 min).
Behulpzaam en klantgericht.

What we offer

Een basissalaris vanaf € 2500,- o.b.v. 40 uur. Indien nodig heb je recht op een projectgebonden toeslag van € 100,- tot € 500,-.
Op basis van de af te leggen afstand heb je recht op een OV-business kaart of een leaseauto. Beiden zijn ook privé te gebruiken.
26 vakantiedagen op basis van een 40-urige werkweek en 8% vakantietoeslag.
