What are you going to do

De IT Servicedesk is hét centrale punt voor al jouw ICT-advies en -ondersteuning. Als ICT Servicedeskmedewerker ben jij de eerste die collega's benaderen met vragen over werkplekken, businessapplicaties en telefonie. Via telefoon, self-service portal, chat en e-mail sta jij klaar om te helpen.

Essential skills and knowledge

Wij zijn op zoek:

Minimaal een mbo 4 diploma in de richting van IT.
Minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke rol.
Ervaring met Office 365, en Active Directory.
Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift.

Een salaris van € 2.800 - € 3000,- bruto o.b.v. een 40-urige werkweek.
Een projectgebonden toeslag o.b.v. een 40-urige werkweek.
