What are you going to do

Selbstständige Entwicklung von innovativen Verpackungslösungen mittels 3D-CAD
Design und Konstruktion von Produktionswerkzeugen und Heisssiegelmaschinen
Technische Optimierung von Produktionsmaschinen und Automatisierungen
Kunden- und Lieferantenkontakt (mehrheitlich in Deutsch und Englisch)
Unterstützung bei Verkaufs- und Beratungsgesprächen
Erstellung von 3D-Musterwerkzeugen mit dem 3D-Drucker
Bewertung und Freigabe von Bemusterungen
Dokumentation von Entwicklungen und Erstellung von Testberichten
Projektleitung für kleinere bis mittlere Entwicklungsprojekte inkl. Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätsverantwortung

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossene Berufslehre als Konstrukteur oder Polymechaniker EFZ
Weiterbildung auf Stufe HF oder Bachelor in Maschinenbau
Fundierte 3D-CAD-Kenntnisse (Solid Edge von Vorteil)
Praxis in Fertigungstechnologien wie Fräsen, Drehen, Blechbearbeitung
Erfahrung im Umgang mit Windows, Office sowie PLM-/ERP-Systemen
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
