Are you a talented Electrical Engineer ready to take your career to the next level? Our client is looking for dynamic engineers to join their rapidly expanding E-house department. This exciting role involves working on medium to large-scale projects within a leading Data Centers Center of Competence in the Netherlands, delivering prefabricated substations used as power distribution centers across the globe.

Their diverse team of engineers collaborates on impactful projects that shape the future of power distribution for data centers worldwide. What are you going to do

Develop comprehensive electrical or mechanical designs for E-houses.
Investigate and advise on subjects such as mechanical or electrical interfacing, layouts, choice of components, fire safety, HVAC, electrical systems, cabling, and containment.
Interface with colleagues on low voltage, medium voltage, and busbar systems.
Review basic and detailed designs and project-related documentation.
Proactively communicate with customers and suppliers on project-related aspects.
Organize and attend Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
Prepare technical documentation packages.
Provide in-office support for production and on-site delivery.
Ensure proper project closing and handover.
Initiate and execute process, product, and project improvements.

Essential skills and knowledge

Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Precise, positive, critical, and broadly technically interested.
Flexible working attitude, hands-on, and result-driven.
Good communicator, not afraid to ask difficult questions, and always eager to learn more.
Fluent in English; basic Dutch or willingness to learn is a plus.
Driving license.
VCA-VOL certification.
Willing to undertake regular short-term travel for site and factory visits.
