Introduction

Our client is a leading global leader in sustainable design and engineering, they are currently looking for a talented Civil Design Engineer to join their dynamic team.

What are you going to do

Key Responsibilities:

Work with civil design professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Design and delivery of roadways, stormwater systems, sewer infrastructure, and bulk earthworks.
Operate to a provided budget
Contribute to defense design projects, ensuring they meet client specifications and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate sustainable practices into all design solutions.
Drive project timelines, budgets, and quality controls, ensuring successful project outcomes.

Essential skills and knowledge

Requirements:

Proven experience in civil design with a strong focus on roads, stormwater, sewer systems, and bulk earthworks.
Demonstrated expertise in defense design tasks within an infrastructure context.
Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and deliver innovative, practical solutions.
A collaborative mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
An engineering background with a focus on design rather than project management desirable.
Ability to complete calculations and numerical modelling and analysis
