What are you going to do

Analyseren van lastenboeken en plannen
Vergelijken van offertes van leveranciers en aannemers voor aanbestedingen
Opstellen van offertes voor openbare en privé-aanbestedingen
Opstellen van prijsvergelijkingen en voorbereiden van werven in uitvoering
Samenwerken met projectleiders en directie om kosten en processen te optimaliseren

Essential skills and knowledge

Commerciële feeling en cijfermatig sterk
Gestructureerd en nauwgezet werken
Bachelor/Master in de bouwkunde
Goede kennis van MS Office (vooral Excel) en andere informaticatoepassingen
Analytisch denkvermogen, resultaatgericht en onderhandelingsvaardig
Sterke beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
