Introduction

What are you going to do

Lead the Architectural and Insulation team for fabrication, installation, and mechanical completion (MC) as per project requirements.
Act as the construction lead for Architectural and Insulation works.
Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, QA/QC, and Commissioning teams to ensure seamless execution.
Evaluate, finalize, and manage subcontractors for fabrication and installation activities.
Assign tasks and manage Architectural and Insulation Project Management Teams (PMTs).
Guide subcontractors to achieve fabrication, installation, and sub-system/area completion targets.
Collaborate with other disciplines to prioritize construction sequences and expedite system handovers.
Resolve interface issues with Engineering, Construction, and vendors.
Monitor daily work activities to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Develop quantifiable benchmarks (e.g., KPIs) to ensure clarity of scope and completion goals.
Plan and control production activities, coordinate with subcontractors, and address outstanding tasks during weekly progress meetings.
Review drawings and assess installation and construction feasibilities.
Coordinate the preparation of Risk Assessments and Method Statements for Architectural and Insulation activities.
Promote and enforce safe work practices among team members and workers.
Identify and resolve project team conflicts and manage project scope changes proactively.
Address expected faults and defects in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in any engineering discipline.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Architectural and Insulation works.
Experience in EPC projects for Oil & Gas, HVDC/HVAC Offshore Renewables, and Systems.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams effectively.
Proficient in computer applications.
