Brunel Brazil recently marked an incredible milestone: 15 years of delivering exceptional recruitment solutions. This anniversary reflects not only growth but also our organization's dedication to connecting top talent with pioneering projects across Brazil’s dynamic industries. As we celebrate, we look ahead to expanding our capabilities, strengthening partnerships, and building a brighter future together with our clients, contractors, and internal team.
From humble beginnings with just 4 employees in 2010, Brunel Brazil has grown to over 3,000 placements today—and we’re just getting started.
Our recent anniversary event in Rio de Janeiro brought together 80 clients, from C-level executives to project managers, as well as our respected internal employees and partners to celebrate a momentous journey and discuss what’s next for Brazil’s fast-evolving industries. In total, over 100 attendees gathered in the festivities and took part in valuable networking. The connections made during this evening have already borne fruit with our team securing a deal with a respected offshore client as a result of the event.
Tiago Chaves, Vice President of South America, addressed attendees in a keynote speech. He shared highlights from our climb to the big 1-5 and emphasized Brunel Energy’s commitment to delivering recruitment excellence across Brazil. We were also proud to announce new opportunities that will further strengthen our ability to serve clients across key sectors with tailored recruitment services.
A significant highlight of our 15th year is the launch of Brunel’s new office in Sao Paulo. As Brazil’s financial hub, Sao Paulo offers vast opportunities across industries such as Life Sciences, Finance, and Automotive. This move allows us to diversify beyond our energy roots and bring specialized recruitment solutions to new markets.
The Sao Paulo office will initially focus on Permanent Placement, ensuring businesses have access to high-caliber professionals to drive growth and innovation. Our focus on enhancing time to hire and optimizing cost per hire ensures businesses benefit from faster, more efficient processes.
