Introduction

We're seeking a Document Control Administrator II to work with a major Oil & Gas company located in Roxana, IL on a 1-year contract.

What are you going to do

Continuously monitor preventative maintenance due dates and completed paperwork
Modify, update, and manage preventative maintenance paperwork
Create electrical equipment in SAP
Provide efficient, secure and appropriate access to documents and records
Create purchase requisitions as needed
Invoice for catalyst vendors as needed
Auditing electrical equipment for maintenance plan existence as needed

Essential skills and knowledge

High School diploma or GED equivalent
5 or more years of experience in a business environment related to records management such as record storage, filing and retrieval
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Proficient with electronic data management systems and document imaging

Preferred experience with various proprietary Electronic Document Control and computing systems
Preferred bachelor's degree or higher
Preferred proficient in SAP
