What are you going to do

Als Hypotheekacceptant speel je een cruciale rol bij het beoordelen van hypotheekaanvragen. Je toetst deze aan de geldende regels en het acceptatiekader. Na jouw analyse stel je offertes op en motiveer je afwijzingen. Het doel is altijd om het proces efficiënt te laten verlopen en klanten te helpen hun woondromen waar te maken. Tijdens het traineeship volg je opleidingen en trainingen, en word je begeleid door een consultant die je ondersteunt bij het vinden van opdrachten die aansluiten op jouw ambities.

Essential skills and knowledge

Hbo-diploma op zak.
Affiniteit met de financiële sector, bijvoorbeeld door studie of werkervaring.
Goede administratieve en communicatieve vaardigheden.
Proactieve instelling en de flexibiliteit om snel te schakelen.
Bereidheid om 3 dagen per week te reizen naar verschillende locaties (Amsterdam, Utrecht en Amersfoort).
Gemotiveerd om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen in de hypotheekbranche.
In bezit van WFT Basis en bereid andere certificaten binnen korte tijd te halen.
