What are you going to do 

  • Ganzheitliche technische Abwicklung und Koordination von Projekten

  • Technische Auslegung der Projekte gemäss Vorgaben der Projektleitung - inklusive Machbarkeitsprüfung und Umsetzung

  • Sicherstellung einer technisch reibungslosen Projektumsetzung in enger Abstimmung mit Projektleitung, Technik und AVOR

  • Koordination und Nachverfolgung technischer Änderungen im Projektverlauf

  • Unterstützung der Technik bei der Optimierung der Herstellkosten

  • Plausibilisierung und Prüfung von Herstellkosten

  • Mitarbeit im Bereich Prozessoptimierung

  • Übernahme von Stellvertreterfunktionen bei Abwesenheit von Teammitgliedern

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung mit ausgeprägtem technischem Verständnis

  • Weiterbildungen im Projektmanagement und/oder in Betriebswirtschaft von Vorteil

  • Berufserfahrung im Maschinen- oder Anlagenbau

  • Sehr gutes Verständnis für technische Prozesse und Abläufe

  • Ausgeprägte organisatorische und analytische Fähigkeiten

  • Versierter Umgang mit Microsoft Office (insbesondere Excel) und CAD-Software

  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

  • Teamfähige, dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit selbständiger und strukturierter Arbeitsweise

  • Lösungsorientiertes und verantwortungsbewusstes Handeln
