Zie jij jezelf als de verbindende schakel binnen een logistiek team? Voor een vooraanstaande organisatie in de productie-industrie zoeken wij een Teamleader Logistics / Warehouse. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks management van het IDC en speelt een sleutelrol in diverse verbeterprojecten.

What are you going to do

Binnen het Planning en Logistics team, dat uit vijf leden bestaat, vervul jij een leidinggevende rol. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van de dagelijkse operaties in het IDC en zet je daarnaast in voor verbeterprojecten die de logistieke efficiëntie verhogen. Je rapporteert aan de Teamleader Logistics / Warehouse.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
Leidinggeven aan het team van logistieke medewerkers.
Zorgen voor een efficiënte personeelsplanning in het IDC.
Nauwkeurige registratie en verwerking van voorraadinformatie in SAP.
Beheren van interne en externe relaties om logistieke processen te optimaliseren.
Deelname aan strategische overleggen en het implementeren van verbeteringen.

Essential skills and knowledge

Afgeronde hbo opleiding logistiek management of vergelijkbaar.
Relevante leidinggevende ervaring. Sterke organisatorische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
Bekend met SAP en MS Office (Excel/Word).
Communicatief vaardig en stressbestendig.

Maximaal salaris van €5.000,- bruto per maand.
