What are you going to do

Entwicklung, Implementierung und Überwachung von Qualitätssicherungsprozessen für elektronische Produkte.
Planung und Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen sowie Produktprüfungen.
Analyse von Produktions- und Prüfprozessen zur Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen.
Koordination und Nachverfolgung von Fehlerbehebungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Produktion und Lieferanten.
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Normen und Standards (z. B. ISO 9001, IATF 16949, IPC-A-610).
Vorbereitung und Begleitung von internen und externen Audits.
Dokumentation und Berichterstattung über Qualitätskennzahlen an die Geschäftsleitung.
Schulung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter in Qualitätsfragen.

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Qualitätsmanagement oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, vorzugsweise in der Elektronik- oder Automobilbranche.
Fundierte Kenntnisse in relevanten Normen und Standards (z. B. ISO 9001, VDA 6.3, IPC-Standards).
Erfahrung im Umgang mit Qualitätswerkzeugen (z. B. FMEA, 8D-Report, Six Sigma).
Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office.
Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Kommunikationsstärke.
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
