What are you going to do

Planung, Koordination und Steuerung von Entwicklungsprojekten unter Berücksichtigung der Zielvorgaben hinsichtlich Kosten, Terminen und Qualität sowie unter Einhaltung der Automotive-Anforderungen (APQP).
Technischer Ansprechpartner für Kunden bei Anfragen und Entwicklungsprojekten.
Entwicklung und Bewertung von Konzepten auf ihre Machbarkeit.
Motivation und fachliche Leitung des Projektteams zur Sicherstellung der Projektziele.
Abstimmung mit den Produktionsstandorten zur Umsetzung der Produkte in die Serienfertigung.
Erstellung, Abstimmung und Überwachung von Projektplänen und Meilensteinen.
Steuerung und Kontrolle aller Maßnahmen entlang des Produktentstehungsprozesses.
Präsentation von Zwischen- und Endergebnissen vor Entscheidungsgremien sowie Vorstellung der Entwicklungsergebnisse beim Kunden.
Überprüfung und Freigabe interner Meilensteine.

Essential skills and knowledge

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Stuium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Fahrzeugtechnik oder vergleichbar erforderlich
Kenntnisse in Produktions- und Entwicklungsmethoden in der Automobilbranche notwendig
Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie Produktentwicklung zwingend
Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis notwendig
Kenntnisse in MS-Office und MS-Project von Vorteil
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse erforderlich
