What are you going to do

Begleiten der Arbeitsgruppen, besonders für Arbeit mit Jira/Confluence
Unterstützung beim Reporting und Zusammenfassung der Themen aus den Arbeitsgruppen
Pflege der Gruppenzuordnungen, Freigaben, Rollenzuordnungen
IT-Unterstützung, Nutzeradministration (Rollen), Administration von Vorgangstypen und Workflows
Reporting und JQL
Template Erstellung für Wiki-Seiten und Arbeiten mit Exports aus Confluence
Management von Rollen und Workflows

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Informationstechnologie, Informationstechnik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieur, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbarer Abschluss notwendig
Gute Atlassian-Kenntnisse (Jira/Confluence) wünschenswert
Grundkenntnisse in der Scrum-Methodik von Vorteil
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse notwendig
