What are you going to do

* Unterstützung der Projektleiter im Schiffsausbau in organisatorischen Fragen * Terminkoordination und -überwachung
* Disposition von Geschäftsreisen * Transportkoordination inkl. Erstellung von Lieferscheinen
* Erstellen und Pflegen von Tabellen in Excel, ggf. MS Project * Kommunikation mit Kunden in deutscher und ggf. englischer Sprache

Essential skills and knowledge

* Abgeschlossene kaufm. oder techn. Ausbildung* Möglichst einschlägige Erfahrungen in der Projektabwicklung
* Gerne Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position, vorzugsweise in einem Industrieunternehmen oder Handwerksbetrieb* Fundierte EDV-Anwender-Kenntnisse (MS Office), von Vorteil sind Kenntnisse in MS Project
* Gute Auffassungsgabe und gutes Ausdrucksvermögen* Sicheres und freundliches Auftreten
* Organisations- und Koordinationsfähigkeit* Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
