What are you going to do 

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Montageteams mit bis zu 50 Mitarbeitenden

  • Sicherstellung der termin-, mengen- und qualitätsgerechten Fertigung der Produkte

  • Kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung nach den Prinzipien des Lean Managements

  • Initiieren und Steuern von KVP-Massnahmen zur Effizienz- und Qualitätssteigerung

  • Personaleinsatzplanung sowie Förderung eines motivierten und leistungsfähigen Teams

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung

  • Weiterbildung als Industriemeister / Werkmeister

  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einem industriellen Umfeld

  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Lean Management

  • Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Organisationstalent und Durchsetzungsvermögen

  • Offene, positive Haltung, auch im Umgang mit kultureller Vielfalt im Team
