What are you going to do

Als IT Support Engineer ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor interne eindgebruikers, zowel via telefoon, chat als face-to-face. Naast het afhandelen van tickets kun je ook projecten oppakken en werkplekbeheer-taken uitvoeren. En dat is nog niet alles! Bij ons krijg je de kans om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen door certificeringen te behalen, zoals ITIL 4, MS900 en Lean Yellow Belt. Hiermee kun je doorgroeien naar functies in bijvoorbeeld functioneel beheer, cloud of security - de keuze is aan jou!

Essential skills and knowledge

Wij zijn op zoek naar een specialist die:

Minimaal een mbo 4 diploma of een hbo propedeuse heeft in de richting van IT.
Minimaal 2 jaar heeft werkervaring in een soortgelijke rol.
Ervaring heeft met ticketsystemen, Active Directory en Intune.
Goede beheersing heeft van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
