Introduction

Als Manager Engineering ben je verantwoordelijk voor zowel de technische als organisatorische kant van het team. Je coacht, begeleidt en zorgt ervoor dat de engineers optimaal presteren. Daarnaast ben jij degene die nieuwe klantvragen beoordeelt: is het commercieel haalbaar? Sluit het aan bij de markt? Met jouw analytisch vermogen en pragmatische aanpak weet je steeds de juiste balans te vinden.

What are you going to do 

  • Leidinggeven aan een team van 5 engineers en hen begeleiden in hun professionele ontwikkeling.
  • Ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van afdichtingsproducten en klantgerichte oplossingen.
  • Technische en commerciële haalbaarheidsstudies uitvoeren voor nieuwe productontwikkelingen.
  • Begeleiden en uitvoeren van testen voor productontwikkeling en kwaliteitsborging.
  • Klantbezoeken uitvoeren om technische analyses te doen en ondersteuning te bieden bij installaties.
  • Intensief samenwerken met internationale engineeringteams en de Europese salesforce.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in Werktuigbouwkunde.
  • Minimaal 10 jaar werkervaring in een technische functie.
  • Ervaring met 3D CAD-software, bij voorkeur SolidWorks.
  • Kennis van productietechnologie, kostprijsberekeningen, materialen en afdichtingstechnieken.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
  • Ervaring met PED en ATEX is een pré.

  • Een bruto maandsalaris van €5500 tot €6000.
  • 27 vakantiedagen + 6,5 ADV-dagen bij een fulltime dienstverband.
