Als IT-Systemadministrator (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die IT- und TK-Systeme mehrerer Gesellschaften. Mit Ihrem Know-how in Netzwerktechnik, Cloud-Services und IT-Sicherheit sorgen Sie für eine stabile und effiziente Infrastruktur - bringen Sie Ihre Expertise und Ihr Organisationstalent ein!

What are you going to do 

  • Verwaltung und Optimierung der IT-/TK-Infrastruktur an mehreren Standorten
  • Administration von Microsoft 365, Active Directory und Entra-ID
  • Betreuung von Netzwerk, Firewalls, VPN und WLAN (LANCOM, Sophos, UniFi, Cisco)
  • Verwaltung und Überwachung von Windows- und Linux-Servern (Hyper-V, ESXi, Ubuntu)
  • Datensicherung & Wiederherstellung mit VEEAM, LTO-Tape-Backups
  • Monitoring & Patchmanagement mit NinjaOne, WSUS, Intune
  • Administration von ERP- und Finanzsystemen (GSD-ERP, Diamant/4)
  • Betreuung der IT-Sicherheitslösungen (EDR, MFA, YubiKeys)
  • Soft- & Hardwarebeschaffung, Lizenzmanagement & IT-Support

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Erfahrung im Bereich IT-Administration / Systemadministration.
  • Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen und deren Schnittstellen.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Netzwerken & Virtualisierung.
  • Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse.
  • (Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil).
